Corporate M&A Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 3 years PQE) with experience in corporate and M&A work to join our client, a global F1 brand. This interim role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands on exposure to high quality transactional work within a dynamic in house legal team, contributing directly to key strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate and M&A Support:
Assist with a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and corporate governance.
Transaction Support:
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including NDAs, term sheets, SPAs, shareholder agreements, and ancillary documents.
Due Diligence:
Carry out legal due diligence across corporate, commercial, IP, regulatory, and operational areas, providing clear findings to senior lawyers.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, strategy, operations, and commercial teams to support transactional activity.
Research and Analysis:
Monitor relevant corporate, regulatory, and M&A developments and provide practical advice to the business.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and communicate legal and commercial risks associated with transactions and strategic initiatives.
Project Support:
Assist with internal M&A and investment projects, contributing to timelines, documentation, and overall deal execution.
Required Experience
Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE).
Experience in corporate or M&A work gained in private practice or in house.
Strong grounding in company law, transactions, and corporate governance.
Ability to analyse and communicate legal risks clearly and commercially.
Confident working in a fast paced environment supporting high profile projects.
