Accuflex has an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer with a specialism in residential development to provide additional resource support to a global law firm.
The firm’s Real Estate Team is seeking an interim lawyer with previous private practice experience to assist on a range of residential development transactions, particularly in the lead-up to the busy Christmas and New Year period.
We are looking for a mid- or senior-level lawyer (minimum 5 years PQE) with solid residential development experience. The successful candidate will be supporting large, reputable housebuilders on tasks such as:
- Drafting and negotiating option agreements;
- Working on “golden brick” transactions (therefore previous experience in these types of transactions is required); and
- Drafting development title reports
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities. Our client is seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running, work relatively independently, and manage their own files on a day-to-day basis, with support from the Supervising Partner or other senior team members as needed.
The successful candidate will be offered a fixed daily rate.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years PQE
- Experience in private practice
- Extensive residential development experience
Location: Flexible – hybrid or fully remote within the Client’s Cardiff Real Estate Team
Start Date: ASAP (ideally early November)
Contract Length: Until end of January 2026
