Senior Employment Lawyer – Dublin (Irish Qualified)
Contract | 3 Months (Likely Extension) | Flexible Part-Week Onsite
Accuflex is seeking an experienced Irish-qualified employment lawyer to join our client, a leading international law firm with a full service office in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality employment law matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Irish-qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong track record advising on Irish employment law matters (contentious and/or non-contentious)
- Able to attend the Dublin office at least part of the week
- Available to start at short notice
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
The Role:
- Advising on a full range of employment law issues, including contracts, policies, employee relations, and terminations
- Supporting on workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to HR and leadership teams
- Potential involvement in employment litigation or regulatory matters as required
Contract Details:
- Initial term: 3 months (potential to extend)
- Location: Dublin (part-week onsite)
- Start: ASAP
- Competitive day rate, depending on experience
