Are you an experienced Company Secretary ready to make an impact?
We’re working with a top financial services client who needs an organised, proactive individual to take support their company secretarial function — and build a framework that lasts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bringing structure and clarity to all company secretarial matters.
- Drafting and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and documentation.
- Taking minutes at board and committee meetings (experience essential or highly desirable).
- Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and corporate filings.
- Company structure management.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
About You:
- Minimum 1–2+ years of Co-Sec experience (essential).
- ICSA/CGI qualification welcomed but not essential if experience is strong.
- Comfortable working independently and building structure from scratch.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
- Experience of setting up or improving co-sec functions is a big plus.
