We are seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer / Solicitor to join a global tech giant on an flexible basis. This is a short-term but impactful role for a leading Fortune 500 company, starting ASAP (ideally February), for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 PQE (or pre-qualification employment experience).
  • Background: International experience and prior large law firm exposure highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong project management capabilities and experience working with stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Your Role:
You’ll handle a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Advising on ad hoc employment-related queries.
  • Supporting redundancy programmes.
  • Assisting with the implementation of global performance reviews.
  • Updating key policies, such as return-to-work protocols, with a focus on global standards.
