Accuflex currently has an exciting opportunity for a professional with structured product document drafting experience to work for our client who are one of the leading experts in this field providing innovative investment solutions, consultancy and transaction management services to a wide range of financial institutions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial and efficiency focused candidate who can be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation related to structured products. This role requires an understanding of financial products, exceptional writing skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, legal and compliance, and investment professionals, to gather information and specifications for structured product documents and managing progress of transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing variety of documentation for structured products transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to structured product documentation and capital markets.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any inquiries or concerns related to documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to other teams on the usage and interpretation of structured product documents.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in law or finance related subject.
- Experience in financial services with experience of drafting documentation related to structured products, securities and/or derivatives.
- In-depth knowledge of structured products, including derivatives, options, structured notes, and other financial instruments.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in documentation.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
